Hi, I'm Courtney, and I'm the Undergrad Gourmet! Welcome to my life!
I'm a rising senior at Fordham University in the Bronx. I'm also a Communications student, an theatre extraordinaire, an amateur cook, and an expert intern. I didn't mean to use so many complimentary adjectives in that last sentence.
This summer, I'm in my hometown of Somers, CT, working at Travelers Insurance and bringing some crazy antics to the corporate world for the second summer in a row. Although I love Fordham and my concrete jungle, I'm enjoying the rural life for a few months and hoping to spend the summer improving my blogging, cooking, and photography skills.
